The Indian auto scene’s getting hot and hotter with entries from almost all major global automakers. Amidst all the temperature rise, Honda has tried an altogether unique stunt with the beastly 170bhp, 129Nm 1237cc V4 engined super-bike VRF1200F. This fire spewing monster is priced at INR17.5L ex-showroom Delhi.
Although the figures sound exciting on paper, such a bike becomes difficult to harness on the road, which is why Honda is unique, for the bike in question is an automatic.

It’s a dual-clutch-transmission (DCT) with separate modes for Cruising, Drive (D), and Sports (S) mode. The sporty mode makes available more aggressive revs at the push of your right thumb, and that's not all -The bike also has a paddle shift to manually switch the gears.
The pillion seat is mighty comfortable and the headlamps for the VFR1200F are big enough for it to be called a cruise machine, but since the looks and the soul of the bike are inherently sporty the cruise category shall be steered clear of. That said - Safe to say that the Honda VFR1200F, is an all-road super-bike.
